MPOnline Internship Program : Terms & Conditions

Declaration of Information

  • I hereby declare that all personal, academic, and professional information provided by me during registration is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
  • I understand that any false, misleading, or incorrect information may result in immediate cancellation of my enrolment without any refund or further claim.

Program Fees & Refund Policy

  • I acknowledge that the fees paid for the MPOnline Internship Program are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • I understand that no refund shall be provided in cases including but not limited to:
    • Voluntary withdrawal from the program
    • Ineligibility discovered at a later stage
    • Failure to attend sessions or assessments
    • Non-compliance with program guidelines

Program Structure & Delivery

  • I understand that the internship program may be delivered in online, hybrid, or blended mode, as decided by MPOnline.
  • I acknowledge that recorded sessions, live classes, assignments, assessments, and evaluations are integral parts of the program.
  • MPOnline reserves the right to modify the program structure, schedule, trainers, or delivery methodology in the interest of quality and continuity, including changes arising from regulatory requirements, technical constraints, or force majeure events.

Attendance & Participation

  • I agree to maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and active participation throughout the program, as determined by MPOnline from time to time.
  • I understand that failure to meet minimum attendance or participation requirements may impact:
    • My program completion status
    • Eligibility for certification, assessments, or placement facilitation

Learning & Placement Disclaimer

  • I acknowledge that the internship program is designed to enhance skills, employability, and industry readiness.
  • I clearly understand that:
    • Placement assistance or facilitation does not guarantee employment and there will be no assurance, representation, or warranty regarding employment outcomes.
    • Final selection in any recruitment process depends on my performance, eligibility, interview results, and employer criteria.
  • MPOnline shall not be held responsible for any job offer, salary, role, or hiring decision made by third-party employers.

Eligibility & Assessments

  • I understand that eligibility for assessments, certifications, or placement opportunities may be subject to:
    • Academic criteria
    • Assessment scores
    • Performance benchmarks
    • External agency or partner requirements (if applicable)
    • As determined by MPOnline or relevant third parties
  • Failure to meet such criteria shall not entitle me to any refund or claim.

Code of Conduct

  • I agree to maintain professional behavior, discipline, and ethical conduct during the program.
  • I understand that any form of:
    • Misconduct
    • Indiscipline
    • Misuse of learning platforms
    • Inappropriate behavior with trainers, staff, or peers
    may lead to disciplinary action based on MPOnline’s internal disciplinary process, including termination from the program without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • I acknowledge that all program content including but not limited to:
    • Study material
    • Videos
    • Presentations
    • Assignments
    • Assessments
    are the intellectual property of MPOnline and/or its partners. Nothing contained herein shall grant the participant any license or ownership rights in the program content.
  • I agree not to copy, distribute, share, record, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

Confidentiality & Data Usage

  • I consent to MPOnline collecting, storing, and using my personal and academic data for:
    • Program administration
    • Training delivery
    • Assessments
    • Certification
    • Placement facilitation
    • Statutory and audit requirements
  • I understand that my data may be shared with authorized partners, trainers, or employers strictly for program-related purposes. MPOnline reserves the right to verify any information submitted and seek supporting documents at any stage. Data shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Communication Consent

  • I authorize MPOnline to contact me via:
    • Email
    • Phone calls
    • SMS
    • WhatsApp or other digital platforms
    for all communications related to the internship program subject to applicable law and opt-out mechanisms.

Limitation of Liability

  • I agree that MPOnline shall not be liable for:
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
    • Career decisions taken by me based on the program
    • Technical issues beyond reasonable control (internet, device failure, etc.)

Program Termination Rights

  • Without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to MPOnline, MPOnline reserves the right to suspend or terminate my participation if I violate any terms of this agreement, without any refund or compensation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Force Majeure

  • MPOnline shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control.

Severability

  • If any clause is held invalid, remaining clauses remain enforceable.

Amendment Rights

  • MPOnline may revise the terms of this declaration with prior notice through official communication channels.

Acceptance of Terms

  • I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all the above Terms & Conditions.
  • I agree that my online submission / digital consent / checkbox acceptance shall be treated as a legally valid agreement.

Student Declaration

  • I hereby confirm my willingness to enroll in the MPOnline Internship Program and agree to abide by all the Terms & Conditions stated above.
